Module Overview

The aim of this module is to introduce teamwork building process in multicultural organisations to managers and employees at the work place. The participant will acquire knowledge and competences on management styles of multicultural team, problem solving ways, emotional intelligence and emotions.

Participants will identify changes that are needed in multicultural team, the role of the manager for implementing changes. Participants will identify the role of emotions in multicultural team and differences between cultures. Participants will identify how to solve and prevent different problems in multicultural organisation and practice defining real problems in teams.

Time to complete module: 5 hours.

It contains the following topics:

  3. Problem solving in multicultural organisation
  4. Self-evaluation test
