Thinking about diversity, what differences exist between colleagues in your organisation?
Societies can be grouped in different ways, e.g. masculine and feminine, individualist and collectivist etc. Consider what society grouping you can distinguish in your organisation, taking into account the Hofstede's dimensions of culture. Which of them are dominant?
Can you identify differences in power distance for you and your colleagues? Is it easier for your organisation to have employees with a large or small power distance? Are your colleagues more individualistic or collectivistic in your organisation?
