Module Overview

The aim of this module is to introduce the importance of improving the quality in the workplace to managers and employees of multicultural organisations. The participant will acquire knowledge and competences on implementing the important factors that can support effectiveness in the workplace. The participant will identify and understand the role of attitudes, skills, values, and other factors that are responsible for the quality of work in the workplace.

In this module the participants will be able to list and analyse the advantages of working in a multicultural environment, and use elements of different work cultures in favour of the organisation.

Time to complete module: 5 hours.

  2. Self-evaluation test
  3. The final knowledge assessment test

  • To identify the role of humour as an important element that can support effectiveness in the workplace
  • To find different other factors as i.e. punctuality, precision, and efficiency, which can ensure good work
