Think about the relationships among employees in your organisation. Do you show emotions? Is expressing emotions well seen in your organisation? Have you witnessed exclusion of a culturally different member of your organisation? What steps could be taken to help integrate an excluded employee?

Consider how your organisation is managed. Are cultural differences of employees considered in the management style? What do you think could be done to improve it?
