2: Understanding Different Cultures
The aim of this module is to identify ways and methods to understand a culture different than ours.
3: Working with Stereotypes
This module covers cultural stereotypes and their influence on people working in multicultural organisations.
4: Communication Skills
The aim of this module is to introduce basic elements on multicultural communication.
5: Teamwork and Social Integration
The aim of this module is to introduce managers and employees of multicultural organisations to the importance of change management, role of the emotions and main problem solving strategies in the workplace.
6: Leadership and Hierarchy
This module aims to introduce managers and employees of multicultural organisations to the importance of leadership and hierarchy-related issues that influence quality of work.
7: Learning Styles
The module is an introduction to the learning styles. It shows how the culture influences the learning styles of employees in multi-cultural organisations.
8: Qualities in the Workplace
This module aims to present the desired qualities of employees and the workplace itself. It presents examples of how to develop these qualities to make multicultural organisations work more efficiently and effectively.
